1st off Welcome to the site, Thorbun!
I looked to see if I could find any info on this, and all I found was the British and US release. No mention of when it will be published for other countries.

Guess we'll have to wait a while until it comes to sweden.
I decided to read through my collection of tolkien books today, starting with The Hobbit. Will try to read through them all before the release of LOTRO. ^^
Just gets a little annoying that the books are in swedish.. 'Rivendell' is translated to 'Vattnadal'.. :/
