Turbine.com has released a video on their site that shows a lot of game play. This really shows the kind of work that Turbine has been putting into the game over the past year (since E3 '05). They have made the video available for download (7MB)
LotROSource has posted a HD version of this video, although it's more to download, it is well worth the wait.
