Since Lord of the Rings Online has gone Live many more news updates have been released giving players some extra insight into regions of Middle Earth, in-game customization tips, and creature profiles. Below is some of the latest news from the official LotRO site with links to each new item.

Glan Vraig, an Elven Fortress
Within the hostile land of the Ettenmoors lies the fortress city of Glan Vraig. An Elf by the named Lainedhel left the security of Rivendell when he had learned that shadow of the Enemy had crept into that region. Taking along anyone that was willing to come, and sending out a call to all the other Free Peoples to come aid in the struggle that lies before them. Sacked in the southeastern region of Ettenmoors, Glan Vraig could be the one of the last footholds for the Free Peoples if all others fail. To read more on Glan Vraig check out the link below.

Aughaire
In the land of Angmar a great tent city stands known as Aughaire, the neutral city of the Hillmen. A nomadic clan of wildmen that were once under the control of the dreaded Witch-King in earlier, darker times. During this period as servants of the Enemy they were pushed into northern regions of Angmar but now free of the torture have resumed their ways once again. Roaming the hills and wastelands of Angmar they now hunt the herds of aurochs. Many clans of Hillmen exist and in order to keep a tentative peace with one another the city of Aughaire was contruscted. This centralized location serves as trade post of all items. Creatures of Middle Earth:
Morroval
In the First Age, creatures of all sorts were turned in the darkness to serve foul deeds. When the Dark Lord Sauron came into power he took them and created even darker, more dangerous monsters. One of these new creations are the Merrevail. With the likeness of a woman but addition of bat wings these foes are a formidable task. In-Game Customization:
UI Skinning
One of the features that players of LotRO can utilize is customizing their UI with "skinning". Skinning allows you change the visualization of certain UI features (color, size, etc.).
