Days have passed, monsters defeated, lands conquered and new experiences abound; yet we crave more. The forces of the Enemy are all around us and we push on ever more in a constant struggle for the survival of the Free Peoples in Middle Earth. In the lands of Eriador we have done our best efforts to thwart their advances and give the advantage to Frodo and the Fellowship to complete their task at hand. And now through our efforts we have a new area of concentration in Eriador, Evendim.
Located above the Shire, in the northern region is the Evendim, dominated by landscapes such as Lake Nenuial and the ancient abandoned city of Annúminas. This city was once the capital of the kingdom of Arnor. In June players of LOTRO will be able to enter this new region in LOTRO’s 1st free expansion; Shores of Evendim. Not only new lands to explore but even more additional content will be included in this patch; new monsters, new quest content, armor, music system upgrade and much more.

Also new additional info has been released for Points of Interest in Middle Earth. Within the area of Ettenmoors lies the fotress city of Ost Ringdyr. Once the Free Peoples were able to secure their location in the Ettenmoors though Glan Vraig; they pressed on and were able to set up another location in the eastern sector of Ettenmoors.
